Nathan led the way through the entire sales process with ease, professionalism and keeping me in the loop at every step. Never had to chase him with calls on what's happening, he proactively managed the sale and called at every step with information.

Jenny had a person look at the house the first day it came on the market. It was sold on the second day. Her office kept us up to date.

We were fortunate to meet Jim all those years ago when we looked for our first investment property and that resulted in us buying this second one too. Jim is very professional and invests his time with his customers. The staff engaged by Jim are excellent too. Clear, open and prompt communication was the key. Property managers we dealt with were very professional and pleasant and it was quite obvious that Jim ran a fantastic business at Stockdale & Leggo, Morwell. Many years later Jim assisted with selling both our properties which was once again handled very professionally and we were happy with the sale price too. From our experience with Jim (Stockdale & Leggo, Morwell) we found the level of service to be above and beyond so, highly recommend Jim to any future purchasers if you are looking for a great level of service.

Nathan presented as a delightful man, unhurried and with a genuine concern to answer our questions as accurately as possible. We found him to be punctual and reliable, a real pleasure to work with on our property purchase.

I recently sold my house and I found Nathan to be very professional and informative. The house was photographed one day and sold the next. The first person to go through the house put in an offer, Nathan assisted me through the process.
