A great first impression led us to choose to rent the property through Jim’s rental team and again made the best decision. The staff were excellent. Clear, open and prompt communication was the key. Property managers we dealt with were very professional and pleasant and it was quite obvious that Jim ran a fantastic business at Stockdale & Leggo, Morwell. We ventured to buy a second property soon after and rented the same with the experience was no different to the first. Many years later Jim assisted with selling both our properties which was once again handled very professionally and we were happy with the sale price too. We contacted Jim Demetrios in November 2021, to manage the sale of our property in Morwell which had been vandalised and abandoned by the person who was living there. Jim gave us a realistic assessment of the work required to repair the damage and clear the tons of rubbish etc, He arranged for handymen to do the work, he was realistic about the price range, and he was always available for ongoing consultation about the property.
