We contacted Jim Demetrios in November 2021, to manage the sale of our property in Morwell which had been vandalised and abandoned by the person who was living there. Jim gave us a realistic assessment of the work required to repair the damage and clear the tons of rubbish etc, He arranged for handymen to do the work, he was realistic about the price range, and he was always available for ongoing consultation about the property. He was excellent in finding a buyer for us at a price that exceeded our expectations. Jim was very personable, professional, realistic, helpful and a person of high integrity in his dealings with us.
