She sold two properties of mine in years. This tells a lot of her work. Why? Who would go back to same agent when you want to sell another one if you are not happy about the first sale. She understood not only my property but also what I tried to achieve. I didn't want an agent who would tell whatever to potential buyers to just sell it. Contrary she always explained my property to them as if I'm doing it. She gave me lots of timely advices at different stages. Those wards helped us to achieve our goal in many ways. She did not hesitate to sort out issues whenever they rose. She had meetings with the city council, solicitors and so on. Some of those were probably not her job to do but she didn't mind to work for us. I feel she is my extended family. We had lots and lots of chat with full of laugh.
