I wanted to touch base with you on our recent experience with Florent & Mundey Real Estate. Back in March, we contacted several real estate agents in the Coffs Harbour area to provide quotes and valuations of my late Nan’s house at 77 Red Cedar Dr. We were fortunate to have Luke come along as part of that process and after much thought we decided to proceed to contract with Florent & Mundey. One of the reasons for this decision was Luke’s professional and warm personality. Realistically the commission and valuation amongst the agencies were very similar. Ultimately the decision came down to the agent. He came across confident, respectful and not pushy or forceful which hasn’t always been my experience with Real Estate Agents in the past. Not long after the contract was signed the Covid19 pandemic commenced, obviously this presented unprecedented times and a different way of doing business. Luke quickly adapted to the new way of displaying homes, arranging viewings by appointment only and ensuring my Mum (who still lives in the home) was made comfortable that all due care was taking place during these inspections to ensure her health and wellbeing were paramount. The recent negotiation and contract exchange process has been less than pleasant however this is certainly no reflection on Luke. Once again Luke stepped up to the plate and handled the negotiations with professionalism, kindness and consideration. We have over the years sold and bought many houses and Luke rates amongst my top two agents. I don’t take writing this type of feedback lightly. Luke has truly impressed me over the past several months with our dealings and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
