I found all staff I have interacted right from my first meeting with Amanda Tehle Principal - Property Management very professional, possess excellent market knowledge, transparent, communicative and easy to deal with. Amanda from day1 patiently explained the whole process and our obligations and was very accommodating to my expectations as a landlord as it is my first time using an agency. Once all the paperwork was done Amanda put me onto Isabella Ferry my property manager who too I found to be very professional, prompt, good communicator and kept me informed updated on every open house with applicants until the house was leased. Thereafter Isabella has kept me updated regularly while managing my property. Kudos to Amanda and her team.
