Buying a house is the Australian dream, not an easy task to carry out nowadays, not without all the stress involved, not only cost, open houses, the offer process and FOMO, to name a few. Finding the house, trying to get to the open house, competing with multiple other prospective buyers, zooming to the next house, offers in, rinse and repeat the following weekend if you’re unsuccessful. I had attended several open homes run by the “The Girls” from Stone Logan West. They were different, water and cookies on offer, a smile and very quickly recognising you and knowing your name. A little less feeling like a number! I didn’t make it to the open home on the home I purchased. I found out about it via another couple we had bumped into at other open homes. They suggested I look at this house. A drive by, then a phone call to “The Girls” from Stone Logan West. Yes, Bridgette, can arrange, will call later to confirm time. Righto back to another home before receiving a call with a time. Even though it was well into late afternoon, unplanned customer, and the day should have been finished, I was greeted with smiles, and nothing seemed to be a hassle. My offer didn’t seem to go through correctly, however with a quick follow-up call from Bridgette to confirm my interest and I was back into the race. The rest they say is history! “The Girls” from Stone Logan West put me at ease throughout the complete procedure. After a month or so to settle down, I received “snail” mail to the house from “The Girls” Stone Logan West. A quick note to see how I was settling in, and could they offer any assistance or guide for the local area. A very nice touch. I would recommend Stone Logan West without reservations. The Girl’s and Bridgette won’t let you down. They have been an awesome team to work with.
