Claire is the most down to earth real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We have just sold our 2nd home with Claire and there is no other agent I would sell though. Claire took away a lot of the stress with selling a house. Claire always showed up in a professional manner and always gave a very open and honest opinion while communicating. In the 10 years I have known Claire I have highly recommended Claire to others, and they have also had successful sales on their properties. There were three different agents interviewed for the job. In the end selection was easy, as Claire was by far the best. She was able to plan an exit strategy for my mother ,to her new home and assist with the presentation of the property to a very detailed level. The marketing of the proprerty recommended was proffessional and appropriate for the price range. When it came to negotiating with buyers Claire was brilliant and keept her demeanour while many offers were presented. Claire obtained a result better than expected due to her work ethic. I would highly recomend Claire as my agent anytime in the future. She made the whole experience easy .9

Lawyers, car dealers and REA's. How much do we enjoy dealing with them? In my case slightly less than the dentist or proctologist. But Claire has been wholly different! Apart from being incredibly professional and communicative and really knowledgeable, she's also advocated for us to negotiate the best possible price as well as been really compassionate with our long term tenants. Going out of her way to take care of every detail to make this whole process smooth and hassle free. She always provides updates and has genuinely made me feel like we're in a safe, switched on pair of hands. Her knowledge and wealth of experience is really obvious. Best of all she politely laughs at my jokes. Can not rate Claire highly enough! Almost worth the hassle of purchasing another QLD property just to deal with someone smart, friendly and professional.

Recently sold our property with Claire as our agent, absolute pleasure to work with right from the get go. She walked us through each step and was always a phone call away. Our home was listed on the Monday, did two open homes totaling 50+ potential buyers and sold on the Saturday for about $125,000 more then expected. Claire's positive attitude and professionalism was calming, she would also update us regularly on how things were progressing.
