Amazing results and very professional
This was the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Bridgette. Initially we made contact with her at the end of a tenant lease for a sales assessment on our property and a indication of where the market was positioned for sales. She supplied all relevant documentation in a very timely manner and gave accurate indications of expected sales prices and offer/settlement mainframes. Within 2 weeks she nogotiated two formal offers and presented them both to us. The offers made were within the price range she initially indicated which shows she knows her market well and DOES NOT try to over promise and under deliver. She worked extremely hard for us as the Vendor of the property and kept us fully abreast of each step of the sales process whilst providing answers to some pretty tricky sale contract enquiries. I can not recommend Bridgette enough and would have no hesitations in engaging her services in the future. In my opinion she is an asset to the Your Address team.

A Real Estate agent with a difference.
When Bridgette arrived at the home, I built over 12 years, I knew straight away that this magnificent agent was the one to sell our home. A very genuine person who doesn’t like the bulls$&t. She understood what the home meant to Rebecca and myself and that it wasn’t just a house. It was a home. She guided us through all the steps and even rolled up the sleeves herself and helped us make the home, a home that would appeal to another Family. Also Bridgette didn’t treat us like a client. She listened to everything we had to say. I feel like she was and still is a friend of ours and we would not hestitate in an instant to recommend Bridgette to our friends and family. Amazing agent!

Couldn't ask for a better agent!
Amazing to deal with, market knowledge was excellent. Communication was amazing (letting us know every step and explaining everything to us). Bridgette was incredibly supportive, helpful and went above and beyond for both us as buyers and her clients (sellers).
