Claire previously sold a property for us a few years ago so it was a pleasure to work with her again on this sale. She always makes you feel that you are important. This property was tenanted so she worked in co-operation with the tenant with open houses and held these on a regular consistent basis. She even offered the vacating tenant assistance to re-locate.
