Fabulous Partner!

Glowing reviews from one of Jason’s previous clients, proved to be so true. Jason’s support to help recommend people to paint, clean, and stage the property was a great asset. Jason’s real character was on display when he dripped into the property to get some info to allow the electricity to be turned on. It sounds like a small thing, but it was such a help and displays his support for his clients. Honest and Smart

James is the BEST REA I have dealt with. I have bought and sold several properties so have dealt with some brilliant REAs but James takes the cake. Why? Honest, charismatic and straight to the point. Set my expectations and hit them from the beginning. Best REA in North Ryde IMO. His partner Jason is also as good as it gets.

Great result

I contacted Emma from Stone Real Estate after seeing other properties being advertised and sold by them in my local area. From the day we met at the property, Emma was energetic, knowledgeable and transparent and explained the best way of marketing the property. I was provided very helpful advice on styling my property for the campaign photography and open house inspections, and this made a huge difference to the way it was perceived as all rooms looked dramatically better then how I had modestly styled it. Emma organised regular mid-week and weekend open houses on the lead up to the auction and was supported by the wider Stone team on most of these days. Emma and James organised a very good auctioneer on the day and they achieved the best possible result with post auction negotiations. I would recommend Emma as your agent if you are selling your property, as I was very happy with the level of communication from day 1 and always had confidence in her and the Stone team in achieving the best possible result.
