Simone Sinclair from Stone Real Estate Avalon kept us informed throughout our recent campaign, is vendor focused, provided incredible advice, achieved stunning marketing and has a sincere and honest approach. Managing the buyers from the moment they walk in the door with her friendly, knowledgeable and no nonsense attitude. Her integrity and comment are obvious and second to none. She is steady and methodical with her processes creating a calm and confidence during a high pressure process. Simone shines at the negotiation table and has achieved outstanding results for both our campaigns. This is the second home Simone has sold for us and on both occasions achieved fantastic results. I cannot finish without mentioning her beautiful smile and kindness - a bonus. Thank you Simone, you have changed our lives. I cannot recommend Simone and her team highly enough. If you are considering selling, give her a call for an honest, detailed and realistic appraisal.

Simone has sold two of my properties and I’ve the utmost confidence in her ability to market a property and see the process through to sale. Simone invariably goes the extra mile and has a personable approach to the whole affair of selling one’s property, taking the stress out of the process with her affable, communicative professionalism.

Simone was instrumental in getting the house ready for market, there were so many things i needed to get the house to look it best for buyers and she had so many contacts that were easy to deal with and worked quickly. She was hands on with anything i needed and talked us through the whole process of putting the house on the market and also the option of renting. All the confusing about advertising and getting photos, was dealt with and the house looked great when it hit the market - which i know i so important.

I have been fortunate to deal with Simone for 20 years as both the purchaser and vendor. The most recent experience was selling our home of 20 years in a competitive and unpredictable market. At all times during the sale process Simone was direct, realistic and engaging. The confidence I had in believing in the process was rewarded and I felt at all times my opinion was heard. Both Simone and Scott went over and beyond at times to get the house ready at short notice for potential buyers to view and I can’t praise them enough for their effort and passion.

Simone certain had the magic touch, a great communicator and a peoples person. fantastic follow-up with potential buyers, willing to spend the time with private viewings. Not to forget the other part of the team Scott, he made sure that the house presented on the day and if there was anything that needed some attention he was there and fixed it ,no questions asked. The honesty effort was certainly appreciated. I would strongly recommend Simone, she will give more then 100% all of the time !!!!

Simone was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial pre sales advice and presentation of our investment unit, all the way through the open house process to the conclusion of accepting our desired sales price. Her depth of knowledge of the local area was amazing. Simone would always keep us informed after the open house , and would deal with any queries or concerns without hesitation. I look forward to working with Simone again in the near future when we decide to downsize our family home. Excellent professionalism, motivation and communication that you want from an Agent working on your behalf. Thanks again Simone !
