After a pretty ordinary few months of searching for a house and being in the thick of what felt like a real-life real estate horror story: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price - Simone was a sight for sore eyes. She was extremely helpful and honest during the process of purchasing our home. Given we were the buyer (rather than the seller), our experience with Simone was a very positive one, which I feel is rare for the purchaser. Simone was always available to us, day and night. She went above and beyond during the 'exchange of contracts' which unfortunately were not as straight forward as some and was genuinely happy for us and our family to move into our forever home.
