Great assistance in securing an apartment to meet our needs.The team were always very helpful and were quick to answer questions. Super efficient in confirming rental agreement and associated payments. There was also a good follow up re apartment maintenance. There were unexpected and unnecessary problems and confusion over connection to pay TV /free to air TV which were finally resolved. It would be extremely helpful for incoming tenants if a set of manuals for all appliances were to remain in the apartment for future reference. Overall we would recommend this professional and stand out agency in Beecroft.
