Easy to work with
Penny and Chloe were/are amazing help, this was my first rental property and they have given top service and guidance through the entire process. Stone are very accommodating and even left a welcome pack which was such a nice touch. No doubts that I'm in great hands during my lease :)

One of the best best !
I got to admit, I moved a lot in my life, not only in this country. Stone Agency is very good to deal with. My agent updated me almost daily on progress of my application, got back to me really fast with answers for my questions. The Entry report was very detailed and full of pictures.. And when I moved in, there was very nice Welcome Home package waiting for me.. Very, very nice gesture full of cleaners and things that are very needed in new place. I can say that definitely Stone Real Estate Beecroft is definitely a pleasure to deal with!

Fast and efficient
I am so happy I engaged Chloe Mawass and Stone R/E to turn my beloved home into a rental investment. Talk about fast and efficient. Within 1 week Chloe organised the full internal clean of my 4 bed house (Carpets, Kitchen. Bathrooms etc), Professional photography, she advertised the open home for that weekend. We had 15 groups come through and the very next day I had 3 formal applications to choose from. Contracts signed, they have paid their deposit and they move in this week. Chloe you are the best.
