Very professional and helpful
Eliza was great to deal with in our recent experience with Stone (our tenants gave their notice and moved on). She was very proactive in guiding us on upgrades to the property that were needed and then providing quotes through her team for the work and then carrying them out. Post these, new photos were taken and the property was on the market and had a new tenant very quickly. Eliza and her team are very professional and I would recommend them in the leasing market.

Professional, modern, focussed not pushy.
Stone is an amazing Real Estate agency. We have had experience in delaing with both the Sales and Leasing side of the business. I find them to be responsive and very professional, no pushy tactics and top notch sales and lease process. They kept us informed all along the process and their reporting is also well thought out.

During the initial interview with Eliza, I found her to be very knowledgeable and a great communicator. Then when we met in person, she was able to provide valuable advice in preparation to leasing out the property and overall gave confidence based off her experience that she will be able to help solve any problems as well as provide you with the best options for any situation.

Prompt response to maintenance
I’ve been renting a property from Stone for a while. Each time a maintenance item has come up they have responded quickly & effectively. At times this has been on the same day I’ve made the request.
