In the middle of the present lockdown, our previous tenant decided to relocate, after occupying our property for more than three years. Despite this, Rachele Chapman and Sarah Hastings, overcome any difficulties and managed the whole process successfully and professionally, without my personal involvement. Lease termination inspections were conducted, overall cleaning of the unit was organised and the property was ready to house the new occupant, who was secured even before the old tenant moved out. I was impressed by both ladies commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism.
