Excellent advice

Many real estate deals involve unwanted decisions based on expectations & changing markets. Ours was no different. Kevin guided us to a successful conclusion with his sound knowledge & most importantly, respect & understanding of our hopes & needs. It’s tough to build trust in the short term with a real estate agent, especially under emotional duress. When the crunch came we trusted & felt confident in the advice Kevin provided which in turn allowed us to make a sale in a difficult market.
