Selling your home is never a simple process, and having the right agent makes all the difference.

We recently sold our property with James & Chloe and while the market presented its challenges on auction day, what stood out was how hard they worked to get the deal done — negotiating tirelessly after the property was passed in and ultimately securing a sale under auction conditions (just before the stroke of midnight!) on the day itself. That takes real skill, persistence and composure under pressure. Throughout the entire campaign James & Chloe kept us informed every step of the way — weekly meetings, regular updates, and always available when we had questions or concerns. Response times were consistently excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt like we were in capable hands.
