Exceptional experience

We can't recommend James Ramsay highly enough. From day one he was upfront and realistic about the whole process — no sugar-coating, just clear advice on the key decisions and what to expect, which made everything so much easier to plan around. His communication was genuinely top notch. We were kept in the loop every single week throughout the campaign, so we always knew exactly where things were at and never had to chase him for an update. On auction day he gave us a fantastic briefing that walked through all the strategies and scenarios, so we went in feeling completely prepared rather than nervous. On top of all that, James brought a positive attitude the whole way through that made the experience a pleasure rather than a stress.
