Only met Jeff and the team on Wednesday at open house. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the house and the neighbourhood. Went back Thursday for another look around the house, then at auction we were the lucky bidder and now are the proud owners of a home in Beecroft thanks to the team. We were very impressed with the high level of professionalism shown from our first meeting with Kevin and Anne, through to the recommendations for marketing our house to get the best result and the flexibility to our needs and attention to detail shown throughout. Stone provided a large staff group for the Premier Showing and the Auction Day with multiple agents at each open house during the whole campaign. Kevin provided us with regular feedback and, most importantly, a realistic picture of where we were at each stage of the campaign period. He was flexible with open house times. The 5 star rating also reflects the excellent work done on our behalf by Anne, who provided her experienced hand to ensure the house looked at its best for the market. From the beginning, the attention to detail was outstanding. We received excellent advice on the presentation of our property and the timeline provided was very useful in our planning. The auction procedure was well organised and the auctioneer and the salespeople worked extremely hard to obtain the best result for us. The response time to our many questions during the whole sale process was excellent particularly from Anne but every member of Kevin's team involved in our sale was very accommodating and attentive.
