Exceptional knowledge and a friendly approach

Outstanding Professionalism and Commitment
COHEN SPACE. Sellers Advocates was engaged by the vendor of this property to assist them in agent selection and property presentation. She also wanted us there to make sure the agent was doing everything possible to ensure she got the best result possible. After interviewing a few selected local agents, it was decided by us and the vendor to enlist James to run the campaign. What a great decision this was . We have worked with a lot of agents and see the good, bad and the ugly, our experience with James was all good.
