From the first meeting it was obvious that Chloe knew the housing market in this area. Information was provided in written form with clear explanations of what everything meant, what to expect, and how to present the house to best advantage. With amazing speed and professionalism the team took photos, prepared the brochure, made the video, and erected the 'For Sale' sign. The timeline for 'open house' days, immediate follow-up after each open house, with weekly market reports and weekly meetings detailing who had viewed the house and their comments, were both helpful and reassuring. The hope was to sell within 90 days; to sell within two weeks was absolutely fabulous and a tribute to the commitment of Chloe and the team to getting the house sold.
