First rate sales team
Kevin, Anne, and the rest of the team at Stone Real Estate were amazing throughout the entire sales process. Anne did a fantastic job of managing the pre-sales renovation process, while Kevin outlined clearly their sales strategy, and executed it perfectly in both the lead-up to the auction and on auction day itself. They know the Beecroft and Cheltenham area and the requirements of buyers for this area in detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Best agent in Beecroft

Extremely helpful and friendly
We would like to personally thank Doug and James for the hard work they put in whilst selling our home in West Pennant Hills. Kevin and Chloe introduced themselves to us as the Stone team and that is exactly how they conducted themselves and performed throughout our sales campaign. We received the benefit of their, Brian’s and the others in the team, undoubted expertise and dedication throughout the entire process. End to end throughout the campaign, both Chloe and Kevin kept us fully informed, sought, listened to and acted upon our input and gave us outstanding insights as to how to best prepare our home for sale and to secure a strong price for it. Kevin and Chloe’s professionalism and approach gave us considerable confidence that the sale would be successful and also helped to make the process enjoyable rather than stressful.
