My son found a property he thought I would like to rent when I came up to Sydney to visit. It had just gorn up that day. I rang Eliza the next morning to see if I could see it before I went back to the Southern Highlands that day. By lunch I had seen it so I applied. Perfect outcome !
Having already had Eliza at Castle Hill office successfully let and manage our investment rental property she was the obvious choice to source a tenant for our home during our extended absence overseas. Being our home we were a bit fussy about having a suitable tenant. Eliza completely understood our concerns and needs and was able to connect with a very suitable tenant within 1 week. Excellent service

A smooth process
As first time landlords, Chloe was approachable and patient in explaining the processes involved in setting up a lease and various paperwork. Impeccable
Had great experience with Stone and especially Warren. He was extremely patient with us and is detail oriented. Pleasent, friendly and approachable is how I would describe him. Stone went beyond to help us with the move i.e. getting us in touch with on the move for free who organised our Internet switchover. Overall would highly recommend Warren and Stone looking to rent or buy in the hills area.

Customer Centric anf Fantastic to deal with
Warren was such a fantastic agent to deal with. We were looking for our new family home rental and he was so accommodating to our needs.
