Top Rate Agents!

I have rented out my unit for over three years with Stone Real Estate Castle Hill. I having nothing but praise for Christy and her team who offer me genuine support and professional care. When my tenants moved out, almost immediately new acceptable tenants were found without me losing any income. Christy is always prompt in returning my emails and calls. Highly professional and dedicated Stone Property Management Team

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Stone property management team - Christie, Daniel, Rebeccaa, Sarah, and Stephanie...for their dedication, hard work, patience, professionalism, and friendly service. They went above and beyond by opening my property for inspection many times a week, engaging patiently with prospective tenants, and managing the property with great care. The tradespeople they recommended were also reliable and helpful. It has been a real pleasure working with the team, and I highly recommend their services.

Eliza Zammit

We've been with Stone Real Estate Castle Hill for years. They've always been good, over last few years, though they've excelled themselves recently, primarily due to Eliza Zammit. She was always on the ball, but two or so years ago she guided us through a major reno of our rental property. Nothing was too much. She obtained quotes, samples, etc that made the renovation an easy, rather than a frustrating experience. The end result was a significant increase in the rent. Since then, she's been our point of contact with the tenants, keeping us updated on their needs, what we should/shouldn't do. I think I wrote some time ago, that Stone Castle Hill have an absolute gem in Eliza working for them. She continues that theme in my view.
