Fantastic Property Managers - highly recommend!

Excellent service right through over 20 years of management of our property
Our property manager Rodney Saad is doing a great job for us over a long period of time. He is very professional the way he manages the property with us & tenants in his dealings, always communicating well over the matters relating to the property. Our property is always marketed well with in the current values in the market which indicates his good understanding of the market values. Always very friendly & easy to deal with. She went above and beyond by arranging an additional inspection for us before we signed the contract, which truly demonstrated her dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. Throughout the inspection process, Sarah maintained a friendly and respectful demeanor, making us feel comfortable and valued. Her knowledge about the property was impressive, and she guided us through the entire process, making it incredibly easy and smooth.
