My experience with property managers Maddie and Christie is nothing short of "excellent". Christie proactively recommend and saw through the works that was required to restore my aging property into something "new" and attractive for tenants. Ensured the quick completion of the works and upon completion of the works, she and Maddie did all the advertising, application reviews and provided a summary of the applicants and ensured the lease was signed quickly. Impressed with the agents' genuine interest in their work to do their best for the landlord and tenants.

We've been with Stone (under their earlier franchise) since we bought the place in 2003, and found no reason to change. Lately we did a major reno to the property. I'm eternally grateful that Eliza Zammitt oversaw this project. She was a delight to work with, giving much needed advice. A thorough professional, with an eye for detail and style. She knew what would rent quickly, and it did. The end result was that the rent we achieved was significantly higher. Always kept us informed throughout the whole process of the reno and letting of the property.

Coming up to 4 weeks, still no 2nd set of keys, Partner and I struggle to coordinate leaving and coming back separately, we have had to get in contact with property manager to get info on the situation, which we have had to follow up with Stone as the correct process was not followed, a more proactive approach could have helped us to have the 2nd set before moving in.

Eliza from the onset was proffesional and very friendly. She took her time to really listen to our situation. In a very competitive market and with dog we where able to secure a property in Glenwood. Not only where we able to get a rental but Eliza leased our property in Parklea with only one open inspection which she carried out herself.
