We contacted Viviane and Jane after poor performance from another agent. They were fast, responsive and provided that personal touch which I think made all the difference. They were able to secure a sale within 13 days within our expectations. They made the process seamless and ensured we were updated throughout the process. Outstanding service and kind manner.
Viviane was absolutely outstanding from the beginning to the end of the whole sale process. From the outset she was honest about where our expectations lay and what was happening in the market. This gave us the confidence to purchase our next home and sell Chepstow Drive post that purchase. We were always kept informed about what was happening in terms of visits from potential buyers outside open homes and we received constant feedback on all potential buyers. In the end our auction had multiple bidders and it ran hot. The selling price under the hammer was well about our reserve and a record for our pocket of Castle Hill. All we can say is well done Viviane and thank you for a job well done.

Lovely lady, awesome salesperson.
This has been the hardest review I've ever tried to write. Not because I'm unhappy, quite the opposite, I'm very happy. However, it's difficult to convey this happiness effectively. So, in short, I think Jane is awesome! She's a lovely, honest, open lady, which in the real estate space is often hard to find. Of the three agents we interviewed, Jane was the only person who proposed a strategy to maximise the property's potential. And I'm happy to say we achieved an excellent result in 18 days. But it's not just Jane that deserves the praise. The entire Stone team, especially Viviane Mylott and Julianne, developed a huge interest in our house. Open homes were well attended to the point neighbours commented on the number of cars in the street. This resulted in 18 registered bidders on auction day. A number that exceeded the expectations of most people. Would I recommend Jane? Most definitely, yes. If you want an easy-to-deal-with, no-BS salesperson Jane is the person to engage. If you want to maximise the value of your property, I have no doubt Jane and her team will deliver that for you too. Would I recommend Stone? Most definitely, yes. They seem to have themselves well organised, and they treat people honestly and ethically.
