Intelligent, Confident & Genuine
Intelligent, confident and genuine - a rarity in an agent but naturally gifted words of praise for Viviane Mylott. Her happy vibes and positive personality helped with the selling of my property in no time. Viviane was always on time for all inspections and made sure everything was set up. What I especially appreciated was how Viviane took the time out after inspections to discuss buyers comments and decisions. As a vendor, I would recommend Viviane to anyone who wants to sell their home fast and get the best value for it. Although I didn't approach Viviane as a buyer, Viviane always spoke positively about the buyers who came for inspections and gave genuine advice in helping guide them to the purchase of my property. It was a pleasure to work with Viviane.

Calm, composed and effective
Jane is a very professional RE agent who plans the campaign very well and effectively. She will give you honest advice but won't try to enforce it on you. With her you will feel like a team and enjoy the process. She helped us get the price much higher than reserve and we can't recommend her highly enough.

An agent par excellence
We can’t recommend Viviane highly enough. She was presented with the challenge of selling our house when a hard lockdown was enforced by worsening Covid situation. The whole of the adjacent LGA was barred from viewing the property but that didn’t stop Viviane from getting more than a dozen bidders fighting for our property in the online auction. She was conscientious, open and honest yet very practical throughout. Her communication with us and prospective buyers was next level. Her efforts not only made sure that we got a price much higher than the reserve but she was also able to match it with the buyers who really loved the house. She is the agent who will work for you without cutting any corners.
