This is the second time I have used Jane to sell property for me. It all starts with the worst part of selling and that is preparing the house for sale. Jane is great, she identifies the areas of the house that could be enhanced and then puts you in touch with a team of people who work seamlessly to help prepare for sale....from painter to stylist and everyone in between. Jane keeps in touch during this process and offers help at any stage. Once the property is styled and ready for sale I was surprised Jane already had potential buyers to see the house before it was even advertised. However, the marketing of the property was superb with many enquiries and subsequent inspections. During a time of lockdown and the many restrictions that brought, Jane worked within the rules to offer individual inspections that required many hours of inspections over most days of the week. She worked very hard for my sale. Another benefit with Jane is she comes to the work with a team around her who also work in the background to guarantee a result. The auction was professionally managed and the end result was above my expectations. Jane always worked professionally and is able to balance the ability to built strong rapport with potential buyers whilst always keeping my interests paramount. During the last 6 months, we have been engaged with Graham, he has always displayed a highly professional manner, combined with a caring and personal touch to support us to prepare our home for sale. We downsized from a very large WPH family home, to a smaller property. From the first call of inquiry ( which was a question about a property Graham was selling ) as we started to explore our downsizing options, Graham took a personal interest in our goals and what we were planning to do. This was prior to actually having our home ready to sell. Graham provided brilliant guidance and motivation over the next 3 months, on a small renovation we completed to modernise and freshen up our home. Graham was superb in managing the campaign, providing clear dates for us to be ready so we could complete the marketing needed, - photos, videos, styling. Whilst I was not sure to go down the styling route, I was delighted that Graham highly recommended we talk to a few. We did and it became clear that this absolutely the right way to go to mazimise the potential to sell our home easily. With covid lockdown hitting us midway through our selling campaign, Graham continued to be positive, provide support and look for ways to keep our buyers interested. We had sold our home of 21 years in Carlingford and wanted to purchase in North Kellyville when we saw this ideal house advertised by Viviane of Stone Realty Castle Hill. We had purchased from Stone (Parramatta) previously and Viviane was up to the mark in selling us this home with all its features. She answered all our queries and liaised with the Vendor and their lawyers to enable us to bid confidently at Virtual Auction. She showed us the property under Covid conditions several times and her can-do attitude was an asset to the Vendors who, unfortunately for us, got a market beating price even if we bought a beautiful home. I would think that most of the time sellers of property would be more likely to praise their agent, but as a buyer I couldn't speak more highly of our agent, Jane Booty.
