Blessed to meet her for our first apartment in Sydney
Viv is very professional and we are blessed to meet her for our first apartment in Australia. I had only 35 days from the signing of contract till end of my lease but we got the apartment settled in 25 days as she was constantly working with vendor solicitor to settle the property soon. She has been amazing with quick responses and always looking to give the best solution. We will definitely introduce her to a lot of friends who are planning to move to Sydney. Dedicated and knowledgeable
Jane went above and beyond when selling our property. She chased up issues relating to strata, ensured all inspections were catered for, kept up with communication with myself, the purchaser, lawyers and strata managers. She was honest, upfront and punctual with her feedback. From the first phone call through to the SOLD SIGN- EXTREMLY PROFFESIONAL
Jane was very well prepared with information on houses in our area that had recently sold or were on the market so we could gauge where we stood in the market at that time. The follow up after open houses with the people who had come thru on the day & passing any relavent information to us was great. The market has had a downturn but Jane did a lot of talking to the person who purchased our property to bring him up in price , which we were happy with. The marketing for the property was great ,on the web, letter box drops & of course people on their data base who were looking to purchase in our area. We would highly recommend Jane & staff to all.

Dedicated and diligent service in a challenging period

Always available to assist and advise.
Viviane was very helpful with advice and assistance with tradesman when preparing the property for sale as it required extensive maintenance and repairs. She was very helpful and supportive as this was a very emotional journey as it had been my family home from 1987. She was very keen with prospective buyers personally showing the house any day of the week and time to suit the buyer. I was very impressed and would recommend her to any prospective seller.
