We have sold many properties in the past and most agents simply come in, set a price, make a sale and leave (normally using price as the only selling tactic). However, Jane was very different. From the beginning Jane was involved in helping us present our house in the best way. She helped facilitate a stylist, gave advice on window finishes and light fittings. Jane was present at the photo shoot and was involved in all facets of the process leading up the putting the house on the market. Jane offered us various methods of selling and the pros and cons of each. We eventually settled on an auction which worked well in our circumstances. Jane was always present at open homes and, although she has a thoroughly professional team around her, she always took the lead and control of the process. Our weekly communication and updates were complete and helpful. Our meetings were held at convenient times and locations and Jane was always on time. On auction day and during the negotiation process we always had a sense that Jane was working for our best interests and we were comfortable leaving it to her. Since the sale Jane has been in contact with us making sure everything is going smoothly. I understand she is also in contact with the purchaser on a regular basis to make sure they are comfortable and informed of what is happening. Jane (and her team) were also able to find us some short term accommodation as there is a time gap between settlement and our new home that was purchased off the plan and is not ready yet. An absolutely first class service that I would (and have) recommend to anyone.
