Seriously Shane and his team were professional and communicated all the way through the process. At the beginning he spoke some BIG promises of timing of sale and price. Sure enough he delivered. we settled on the house in 2 weeks with a great offer on the table. All I can say is he is gifted! If you want to be sitting on your property for months on end I guess go to the competition but if you want quick and satisfying results then Shane is your man.
