Shane and Sally Ann got us a very fair price in a challenging market with their extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast market and allowed us both to move onto the next exciting chapter in our lives.

We would like to thank Shane and Sally for their help in securing our new home. Has my husband is wheelchair bound Shane went that extra step to make sure my husband could enter the property to view it which was much appreciated. Thank you from Vince, Linda & Matthew.

Shane gets results because he is a true professional, he is honest, he is realistic, he offers fantastic advice, and he never compromises his integrity. His team is a pleasure to work with. I had to give Shane a nickname, I would call him the postman because he always delivers.

Seriously Shane and his team were professional and communicated all the way through the process. At the beginning he spoke some BIG promises of timing of sale and price. Sure enough he delivered. we settled on the house in 2 weeks with a great offer on the table. All I can say is he is gifted! If you want to be sitting on your property for months on end I guess go to the competition but if you want quick and satisfying results then Shane is your man.
