Shane and his team at Stone Real Estate are the best on the Coast! The team know this area inside and out. They have such a love for what they do it really shows in their results. Whilst it took a little longer to sell our property than we all thought, Shane never gave up. His strategy worked and we got our desired outcome. Thank you Shane and team.

We found Shane and Ashleigh a pleasure to deal with! Both of them were trustworthy and reliable and made the task of purchasing our home much less daunting with them assisting us through the process. Shane went out of his way to be there for us and was courteous and helpful. We weren’t just a number to them like we’ve felt in the past.

We can not thank Shane, Ashleigh and the Stone Coomera team enough for all their hard work and outstanding professionalism when selling our house. From the very first communication through to after our sale both Shane and Ashleigh were knowledagable, helpful, kind, positive and supportive. Shane's outstanding real estate knowledge mixed with Ashleigh's incredible organisational abilities and support makes this a team that can't be beat. I could write so many amazing things about them. We can not speak highly enough of this duo and will be recommending them to anyone we meet for many many years to come.

Shane was amazing and instrumental in getting us over the line on our journey in the purchase of our new home through his communication, experience and knowledge of the market. He never lost his cheerfulness or sense of humour once - seriously thanks for all of your efforts as you and your staff are gems. You go out of your way in customer service which is exceptional. Ash was also wonderful in supporting us during the process and we couldn't have done it without her!

We have had the good fortune of working with Shane previously. Shane absolutely went above and beyond in securing a buyer for our home. Ashleigh, Shane's business manager also deserves a massive shout out as well in providing support. The team at Stone Coomera are wonderful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using Shane and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Right from the word go Shane and Ash were absolutely amazing with the sale of our investment property! They took their time going through the process, explaining a realistic market guide and what we were hoping to achieve if we were going to sell. Communication was at such a high standard (I am an over communicator and loved all the updates) I didn’t once think to ring them in the process, as they were well on top of keeping us in the loop! The photos were amazing of the place and we got well over our asking price from the first open home! Thank you guys again so much for amazing work and dedication to helping our young family make the sale such a smooth and wonderful process! Jake & Kristy

We purchased a property through Shane Evans and cannot praise Shane and the Stone's Real Estate Team highly enough! Professional agent start to finish. Courteous and helpful at every stage of the process and went above and beyond in many aspects where additional guidance was required. There simply isn't another agent that we would use or recommend in the future. It wasn't simply a property sale it was an experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with Shane. As far as real estate is concerned we felt that we received the ultimate customer experience.

Shane has sold 2 properties for me and on both occasions he and his team were excellent to deal with. Shane made the whole process very easy with good clear communication and the rest of his staff were very helpful in dealing with the whole sale process through to settlement. For the more recent sale, Shane was able to achieve a street record price with settlement occurring in a very short time frame. I highly recommend the services of Shane Evans and his great staff.
