Andrew is a local and lives locally so knows exactly what the market is doing and the history of the place, its people and the local trades people too should you need. He is very experienced and in contrast to some other agents we have experienced over the years, you don't feel he is chasing a quick sale, more a happy honest sale. He has no interest in mucking about either the seller or the purchaser and that speaks volumes. We felt in very safe hands, and he was always available to answer questions or provide information at any time... he needs to learn to turn his phone off! But its clearly because he cares.
