When we discovered this property in Copacabana we knew this was the one. To our delight dealing with Andrew the agent for the property has been a very transparent, honest and accommodating experience. We have purchased and sold many properties in the past, sometimes not a very enjoyable experience which does leave a deflated feeling when negotiations are in process, not a feeling that you should have when buying your dream home. This was definitely not the case with Andrew, he worked with us to get the purchase over the line. We had many questions and requests and nothing seemed too hard for him. We are so happy with the service provided by Andrew and our new home. We look forward to working with Andrew who will be looking after our property for future years to come.
