As we live in Brisbane, we had to rely on David Hill's knowledge of the Sydney market in order to sell our townhouse. We had to have some renovations carried out, eg., painting, new carpets, blinds, landscaping, etc., and he went above & beyond what was expected by organising all the tradesmen.
