We purchased a property through Lora. She was always contactable, pleasant and easy to deal with. She was professional and far out stripped the other used car sales like approach of some other agents

Excellent assistance
Lora was very professional and extremely understanding in selling family home. Mum was allowed her privacy . Lora spoke directly to mum when family were involved in interview, marketing and details of sale. Lora respected mum's age and her situation. Mum was very appreciative of the assistance Lora gave.

Professional and caring
We had been looking to buy a property for about 6 months when we found our dream home with Lora Moore at 2233 Realty Engadine. We had been negotiating with other agents and were frustrated with the double talk, dishonesty and lack of communication with other agents in the area which had been very disappointing. As a buyer, we found Lora to be honest and up front with us, her communication with us was top notch, we knew where we stood at every point of the negotiation and we were confident in dealing with 2233 Realty because of Lora and would definitely highly recommend her to buyers and vendors alike. Lora also took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process and what we needed to do, she was accommodating and knowledgeable. What really sets Lora apart from many of the other agents we had been dealing with was that she really listened when we told her what we were looking for from the property and we never felt any pressure from her. We had encountered a lot of stress whilst looking for a home to purchase but when we found the right property, Lora helped to take out a lot of the stress and worry with her calm manner and ability to give the right information at the right time and when she set a deadline to contact us she stuck to it, which was really refreshing. We are really happy that we found Lora, and our dream home.

Experienced trustworthy local agent who excells at her profession.
Lora made the process of downsizing from a much loved home of 33 years a great deal easier than we anticipated. She has extensive knowledge of the market at her end of the Shire and has provided expert advice and much needed emotional guidance throughout the sale process, plus achieving an excellent result in a very short period of time. We hope to be taken out of our next home in a box, but should we need to sell again before that happens, we will certainly be calling Lora.
