Sold our Townhouse in the first Week
From the outset Lora seemed very knowledgeable of the local conditions in the area we were selling in. She met with us at our first appointment with a lot of information and copies of recent sales and current sales of Houses and Townhouses in the area which helped us to come to a realistic price for asking. I liked the fact she didn’t try to sell us unnecessary advertising tools and told us what she had found most successful keeping the marketing costs to only what was necessary to market the Townhouse. She was a great help and very knowledgeable in how to present our Townhouse both inside and out and when was the the best time of the day for photos to be done for maximum effect. From the outset she communicated with us almost daily. She looked after the bargaining after we received an offer and got us exactly the price we had decided we would accept which was 1 week after it went on the market. Never having sold a place before she made this whole daunting process so easy for us and I would highly recommend her to sell your place.

Fantastic Agent
We were very nervous about putting our house on the market at this time of the year but Lora convinced us it was the right time for our house. The whole process went incredibly well achieving our top price and we couldn’t be happier.
