Professional and responsive

Kitty and the team at Stone Beecroft managed our townhouse rental for over 5 years. They were always very professional in their dealings with us and also very responsive in getting maintenance issues and problems resolved very promptly and cost effectively. Monthly a year end financial summaries were prompt and accurate. We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

Excellent knowledge in rental price for my property.

Both agents from Beecroft and Epping had done a great job in putting my property on the market for rental. Kitty, from Beecroft branch, had provided higher than expected professionalism in handling negotiations between us and the potential tenant in order to secure a great result for our property within 2 weeks after the propertyhas been listed.

We have been dealing with them for a few months now and so far all good ! We need a little longer to really be able to evaluate our experience with them! Hopefully in future we won't have any problems!
