Michael You has been a wonderful property manager. He knows the rental market, always responds to calls and emails quickly, and has minimised vacancy times. After some very bad experiences with a different agency, we are really happy with Michael’s management of our property. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience working with Aurora Property to re-let my investment property. After the previous tenant vacated, they acted remarkably fast to secure a fantastic new tenant, minimizing my vacancy time and achieving a rental price I am extremely happy with. Throughout the entire process—from managing the outgoing tenant to final lease signing—the team kept me proactively updated without me ever needing to chase them for information. Their communication was seamless, and their professional advice proved completely trustworthy at every step. I highly recommend Aurora Property for their efficiency, reliability, and top-tier service.
