Brilliant customer service from an experienced property manager
I have had the pleasure of working with Kitty Lo while I was a tenant at 42 Marshall Road. I cannot speak more highly to her professionalism and attention to detail. In addition, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Kitty has walked that difficult line between providing excellent service to both the landlord and the tenant. She has promptly actioned every request and been incredibly helpful with a challenging and difficult situation I have experienced. She is a credit to Stone Realty - keep this employee at all costs!

Professional and helpful
As a Tenant , I can only commend the way Stone Real Estate- Beecroft property management have managed and facilitated the whole rental process from beginning to end, especially with our property manager, Kitty Lo. The professionalism, honesty, communication and integrity is hard to find.

Management of 11/19 Bridge st Epping.
Over all, the management of my investment properties by Stone, has been quite satisfactory. The recent re letting, and, general management of 11/19 Bridge st. was very professionally undertaken by Eliza and Sarah! The current status regarding tenancy of 58 Britannia rd. Castle Hill remains uncertain, I understand, due to tenant indecision! Eliza Zammit MUST remain manager of my properties. She has extraordinary communication skills, and, precise Judgement.
