Easy to work with David had to work hard to make this sale. After low interest in the property after two weeks, he recommended a change in approach, which flushed out more interest and the eventual buyer. His marketing knowledge enabled me to obtain a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Apart from his knowledge, David was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the sale process.
