It might seem hyperbolic or even a bit of an overreach to call someone the expert of real estate in Wollstonecraft, but it is the truth as Chris has detailed stored knowledge that no one could possibly replicate. I can provide an example. I could mention to him any townhouse in Walumetta Drive and he could outline the strengths and weaknesses of the property, he could provide an outline of the floorplan & an honest comparison. This was all available instantaneously without him needing to look at notes. He knew when properties were sold and the exact amounts. He had it stored away. It was as if he was a walking Einstein of real estate knowledge. I could mention a street name in Lane Cove and he could outline details of the properties on that street. Hence therefore the seemingly hyperbolic label of being the brainiest real estate operator doesn't seem so far fetched. I have a slightly negative view of real estate agents in general because I believe (rightly or wrongly) that they are intermediaries who don't have the detailed knowledge I require. They have adequate knowledge, but not exceptional knowledge. However, with Chris I was speaking to an expert. One could therefore defer to him in relation to queries or issues. He was also highly positive and dealt in seeking positive outcomes. The delivery of information was presented in a way that reinforced the relationship and kept one in a positive frame of mind. Another aspect I found impressive was that he kept in contact but not in a pushy or selfish way. Before I even had the property up for sale he had kept in contact. That was professional. Street names, property details, strengths and weaknesses of the market and properties...he knew it all. A true professional.
