We had met on previous occasions over several years in view of providing a market appraisal. I was pleased that Darnell was true to his word and didn’t bother or pressure me into selling. When I finally engaged Darnell to sell my property he explained the process clearly, along with his reasoning to list the property for sale at auction. Darnell’s manner was very professional. He gave great advice and suggestions for the presentation of the house and was very helpful for open days.
