I signed with Stone Property management for our 2 units purely because of Darnell's presentation. The company has never let me down, just as Darnell promised. Over the years he gave us sound advice on what we should do to maximize the units' value, which we did. So it was a no brainer that when we decided to sell we listed with Darnell. Unit 1 sold in 2 weeks for asking price, and the second sold from the first open house. So the price and the marketing was professional and perfect.
