My biggest thanks to Steve, Jayden, Mae and the team at Stone Lindfield for an amazing campaign. We had a tight schedule to get our house ready by May and the team at Stone delivered beyond my high expectations of them. Steve then delivered on what was a fairly tricky situation with the buyers and at the end we were all satisfied with the outcome. I couldn't have done it without them. I gave them our trust and they treated us with the highest respect, professionalism, fantastic communication and personal service. It took away a lot of the stress that goes with selling your own home. We couldn't have chosen a more worthwhile team to deal with the sale of our property. Highly recommended and if we have any properties to sell in the area I'd go straight to them. Well done to you all!

Steve and Mae Chan were exceptional to deal with, clear communication at all times with none of the bs that can sometimes cloud the sale process. I found Steve and Mae to have a very good understanding and knowledge of homes that have been sold in the area, advice on pricing and comparisons were accurate. The final negotiation in the process was handled in a clean and efficient manner before auction day. I can highly recommend Steve and Mae on our experience.

In late 2016 Louise and I sold our house in Gordon, we chose Stone (Steve and his partner Jill) due to the fact that they were down to earth no BS people who really know their stuff, on top of this they were flexible in their approach to selling our home which suited us due to working around HSC exam timetables. Steve has lived in the area and is well connected to current owners and prospective buyers alike, for us he was able to create some light moments in what is often a very stressful process.
