Following an unsuccessful attempt to sell our property with another agent we then did the research we should have done at the start. I found the website ratemyagent and discovered that Steven was the highest performing agent in the area. We had previously met Steven and had seen him in action at auctions and open homes on other properties.We were impressed with his style so we signed up the Stone team for our second attempt. Steven and Belinda were great to work with and their excellent communication and selling skills together with their honest and open approach soon found us the right buyer. Having tried unsuccessfully to sell my property with another agent, I was prepared to take the house off the market and try again later in the year. Steven persuaded me to give them a very limited time to sell the house. I did, and it sold within the first week!
