Only ever communicated with Jason on email and possibly one or two phone calls. Mainly dealt with Jasons associate Alfie who was efficient, responsive, and a really nice guy. My ratings are for them as a team rather than just Jason. We pushed this sale so there wasnt a great deal of negotiation required. Hard to comment fairly on some of the ratings as it was not really applicable to our situation.

Jason is very well informed on the current market conditions and mindul of what is happening in the area. He is well grounded, has a very pleasant nature and is not pushy. Having bought and sold houses in 3 states we have dealt with manny real estate agents and would be more than happy to use Jason again to sell property for us. The latest sale is the 3rd house Jason has sold for our family, we are more than happy to reccomend him.
