Excellent Selling Experience With Jason
We had a good, tidy house that we thought would be easy to sell.
Unlike some of the other agents that appraised the house Jason wanted to maximise our return on the property, not simply have a quick sell.
We found him to be very professional, polite and knowledgeable of the local area.
He was happy to give us advice on minor refurbishments without over capitalising, even before we signed with him.
He advised us to put it on the market at $10K more than any other agent and was confident that he could promote it to achieve close to the price.
We took his advice to go with the ‘top’ advertising package which proved invaluable.
After just a few days from listing, he received multiple inquires and had secured an offer above asking price before the first open home.
Even after securing the sell contract he continued to promote and show others around the property, which again, proved to be invaluable to ourselves when the original purchasers wanted an extension to their finance we were able to swap to a back-up contract with a second purchaser that would settle much quicker, again for more than the asking price.
To have pre-empted the problem and already have the back-up in place was more than I would have expected from any agent!
Jason’s commission and advertising package was the most expensive of all of the agents that appraised the house, but the extra sale price he achieved more than covered all of the sale charges!
