I had contacted Zoe Thakeray a year ago in 2019 to see if she would be keen, should the need arise, to take over the management of my 2 units (in Manly and in Fairlight) which were then managed by Madecomfy as short term lets, And arise it did in April 2020, with the onslaught of the COVID pandemic! Zoe did actually contact me around mid-April 2020 to ask me how my units were performing and if I would consider shifting to a long term lease. Given the large number of short term let units looking for long lease tenants and the fact that I was not prepared to give her more than a 2 week period to do so (as I could not afford to sit longer on empty units), this was indeed a big challenge which Zoe accepted. We agreed on a weekly rental and within 10 days Zoe managed to find 2 tenants at the agreed rent and both tenants had moved in within the 2 week period. Her efficiency and communication skills were superb and now all is running smoothly as she is backed up by a very professional team at Stone Manly. Zoe is indeed a very friendly and result-driven agent whom I would recommend to anyone looking for good and quick results.
