A real gem!
Zoe at Stone has organised tenants for two investment properties in Manly. For the first apartment Zoe achieved a rental rate far greater than the asking price and we secured a tenant after the first showing! For our second apartment in the same block, Zoe managed to secure a tenant prior to our renovations being complete to ensure we found someone prior to Christmas! She is personable and professional and has the best interests of everyone involved foremost in her mind!
